Desventaja, bueno a diferencia de AuthorLink, si el autor del comentario no introduce su URL, simplemente la pagina no apunta a ningun lado.

AuthorLink es mas inteligente pero no te permite hacer de forma directa un _blank, la otra forma que se me ocurre es que coloques el javascript hack que te abre todas los links en una ventana nueva.

Blogpocket lo tiene en su site, puedes pedirselo o hacer un view source.
